SE390: Design Project Planning

Find a group of people for your capstone.

how you have organized your projects activities, e.g., team meeting types and cadence, project and task management practices, and your kanban board;

We have weekly meetings that are held either in person or online over discord where we go over the topics that we have prepared to discuss. Everyone will have chance to voice their opinions and update on their progress. We then lay out a plan for the next week on the tasks and deadlines that we must meet. We make sure to put in detail in our Notion kanban board, the things that each person is responsible for and the deadline.

Summary

We ended up just going for the grades and doing the minimum amount of work for this course. We contributed in several open source projects and called it a day.
